Quick tip : Any posture that covers your chest communicates weakness. The most obvious examples are folded hands and speaking from behind a podium. But a little known example is when a man holds his drink in front of his chest. I see many guys doing it. Don’t. Hold your glass below your chest, almost at your waist level. Or hold it with your hand stretched out, by your side, at your knee-level.
